Governing law, venue, and escalation
Finnish law governs interpretation. Courts in Helsinki hold exclusive venue for business disputes, without
prejudice to consumer rights to sue in their home jurisdictions where EU consumer regulations grant that option.
Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty calendar days after written notice.
The European Commission hosts an online dispute resolution portal for consumers; participation in alternative
dispute resolution is voluntary for us but we will consider certified mediators when proportionate.
